Working in our shop is a great opportunity to meet and serve our great neighbors and folks around town. We are extremely selective when it comes to members of our brew crew, so if you have an awesome attitude, willingness to serve and heart for people then send a request!
While we don’t often have many openings, we interview candidates on an ongoing basis. This provides us with a chance to get to know prospective employees without the pressure of an immediate hiring situation.
PRO TIP #1: The more complete your application is, the more likely we are to consider you for an interview. Even if you don’t have a lot of experience, we want to know everything about what makes you the awesome person that you are.
PRO TIP #2: Once you have applied, rest assured we have received your application. If your resume and availability fit our needs, we’ll reach out to you and setup an interview.
PRO TIP #3: We rarely (very very rarely) hire any seasonal employees. We are big on preparing our staff to serve our community well, and that’s hard to do in a short-term job. However, if you already have extensive experience working in specialty coffee or hospitality in general, and need work over a school break or between careers, we’d love to chat.
