This natural processed coffee comes from the highly-coveted Aricha station (formerly Misty Valley, or Idido) situated around 1,700m altitude in the Yirgacheffe Highlands of southern Ethiopia. Nearly 700 small-holder farmers contribute their coffee to this station.

A signature example of a natural Ethiopian, this coffee is very fruity upfront, with dark notes and aromatics. Slight citrus acidity upfront, with a little floral and lots of fruit from red ripe strawberry and a bit of blueberry. The cup is balanced with smooth chocolate undertones.
